Attending OTC for the First Time?
Are the rumors about the number of exhibitors, exhibit halls, buildings, and technical presentations making you nervous about attending your first OTC? The rumors are true, but have no fear! OTC wants to make sure you have all the tools to make your first visit successful and make this the first of many more to come.
The First-Timers Lounge is made available just for you and is staffed by veteran OTC attendee volunteers ready to welcome you to OTC. They are fully equipped to give you tips for navigating the conference. They will help you:
- Download and understand the OTC mobile app
- Assist you with mapping your route on the exhibit floor to meet and visit the companies that are important to your success
- Help you build a schedule to attend the technical sessions that are most important to your career development.
These OTC veteran volunteers in the lounge have attended at least five OTCs and can answer any question you might have or they will even take you on a tour to show you the way to get started. While you’re in the First Timers Lounge be sure to have a coffee with the volunteers.
