OTC has chosen to postpone the conference from 4–7 May to the third quarter of 2020.
When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Save time and benefit from additional services when you book through OTC’s housing provider, Experient.
To reserve a hotel room through Experient:
1. Choose a hotel from the official list below
2. Be prepared to put down a credit card guarantee/one night’s deposit
3. Through the registration process, make a hotel reservation online.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policies vary. Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for specific cancellation policy. Remaining hotel room reservations can be canceled with no penalty until 1800 hours (ET), 20 April 2020. After this time, hotels will charge a non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit on all current reservations. If you reserve your hotel after 20 April, the non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit will be charged as soon as the reservation is received by the hotel.
Failure to check in on your scheduled day of arrival (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit and your room will be released by the hotel.
Note: Experient is the official housing and travel coordinator for OTC. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of OTC. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.
